Thank you for shopping with Cravings by Zoe. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the highest quality gourmet chocolates. In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we have established the following refund policy:

1.1. Eligibility: We accept returns and provide refunds under the following circumstances:

  • The product(s) received are damaged, defective, or expired upon delivery.
  • The wrong item(s) were shipped to you.
  • You received the correct item(s), but you are not satisfied with the quality or taste.

1.2. Timeframe: To be eligible for a return and refund, you must notify us within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1.3. Proof of Purchase: To initiate a return, you must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the order number, purchase receipt, or any other relevant document.

2.2. Return Shipping: When returning the item(s), you are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

2.3. Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a refund, the returned item(s) must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Any items that are not in their original condition may be subject to a partial refund or may not be eligible for a refund at all.

2.4. Refund Options: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process outlined above, and then place a new order for the desired item on our website.
