I can't comment on the product itself because I ordered a gift BUT I can say the customer service is OUTSTANDING! I made a boo-boo and didn't put the correct shipping address, but the response was so wildly prompt in them getting it changed and delivered to where it needed to go... beyond impressed! I ordered a box for a friend's birthday and she loved them. The box arrived in perfect condition, nice decor and presentation of the different oreos and to my friend's comment: delicious.

As simple as these seem, Oreos dipped in chocolate, the total package execution is excellent. The presentation gift box is well made, feels sturdy and is appealing to look at. It opens easily, and the individual slots for each confection give a feel of neatness and serve to protect the product during shipping and handling. Everything was intact, beyond a few sprinkles, which as many know, is a feat with modern shipping.Concerning the taste...delicious. The Oreo inner cookie remains crisp and fresh, and the chocolate used to dip them is creamy, melty, and smooth. I can actually taste a real cocoa flavor, as opposed to what you get with something like a Hershey bar, which is mostly sweetness. Additionally, the chocolate is not waxy nor bitter at all. These are definitely a rich treat, you are not going to eat the box in one go. I have been savoring one with a coffee in the evening.
